Closure of the July 2021 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

​The National Debt Management Center announces that it has closed the July 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 10.412 Billion (ten billion and four hundred and twelve million Saudi Riyals).

The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the December 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 5.099 billion. 

 

 

The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:

•     The first tranche has a size of SAR 6.462 Billion (six billion and four hundred and sixty two million Saudi Riyals), matures in (2031).The first tranche has a size of SAR 159 million and a total tranche size of SAR 2.574 billion, matures in 2025. 

 

•     The second tranche has a size of SAR 3.950 Billion (three billion and nine hundred and fifty million Saudi Riyals), matures in (2035).
