The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of September 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount of All Bids Received SAR 7.380 Bn, and The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 1.701 Bn (One billion and seven hundred and one million Saudi Riyals).
The Sukuk issuance was divided into three tranches as follows:
The first tranche has a size of SAR 201 Mn (Two hundred and one million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2027).
The second tranche has a size of SAR 700 Mn (Seven hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2032).
The third tranche has a size of SAR 800 Mn (Eight hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2037).
