NDMC closes the July 2026 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of July 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 5.349 Bn (Five billion three hundred and forty-nine million Saudi Riyals)

The Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches as follows:

  • The first tranche has a size of SAR 3.83 Bn (Three billion eight hundred and thirty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2031)
  • The second tranche has a size of SAR 515 Mn (Five hundred and fifteen million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2033)
  • The third tranche has a size of 204 Mn (Two hundred and four million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
  • The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 300 Mn (Three hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
  • The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 500 Mn (Five hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2041)
