 Press Release on the Successful Pricing of the Inaugural Euro Denominated International Note Issuance for a Total value of € 3bn

The Ministry of Finance announces the successful pricing of its first Euro denominated and fifth international issuance under the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Global Medium-Term Note Programme. 
The total amount of the Euro denominated issuance was € 3 billion (equivalent to SAR 12.7 billion) consisting of two tranches of Notes as follows: € 1 billion (equivalent to SAR 4.2 billion) 8 years Notes maturing 2027, € 2 billion (equivalent to SAR 8.4 billion) 20 years Notes maturing 2039.
