The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of May 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 2.418 Bn (Two billion four hundred and eighteen million Saudi Riyals).
The Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 348 Mn (Three hundred and forty-eight million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2031).
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 35 Mn (Thirty-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2033).
- The third tranche has a size of 1.010 Bn (One billion and ten million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036).
- The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 1.015 Bn (One billion and fifteen million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039).
- The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 10 Mn (Ten million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2041).
