The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of December 2025 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 7.016 Bn (Seven billion and sixteen million Saudi Riyals)
The Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.236 Bn (One billion and two hundred thirty-six million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2027)
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 335 Mn (Three hundred and thirty-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029)
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 1.180 Bn (One billion and one hundred eighty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2032)
- The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 1.692 Bn (One billion and six hundred ninety-two million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
- The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 2.573 Bn (Two billion and five-hundred seventy-three million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
