The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) and the Ministry of Finance (MoF) signed today a Memorandum of Understanding with Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). The MOU is focused on exploring potential expansion of the existing relationship and cooperation in order to facilitate activities of mutual benefit and foster further co-operation between the two sides.
The memorandum was signed by Mr. Saoud Albehairi, Acting Chief of Alternative Funding and Consultation of NDMC on behalf of NDMC and MoF, and Mr. Kato Manabu, The Director General of Energy Solutions Finance Department, Energy and Natural Resources Finance Group of JBIC.
