The Debt Management Office (DMO) of the Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the November 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 1.415 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into three tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.285 billion and a total tranche size of SAR 2.415 billion, matures in 2025.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 50 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 2.678 billion, matures in 2028.
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 80 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 11.091 billion, matures in 2031.
