Following the announcement of the Ministry of Finance relating to its intention to offer, subject to market conditions, the second issuance under SAR Government Sukuk Program, the Ministry of Finance announces that the second Issuance has been offered and the Investor Applications and Offer of Sukuk Documents have been sent to the eligible investors. Results of the offer will be available in due course.
