NDMC closes the March 2022 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of March 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 10.375 Bn (Ten billion and three hundred seventy-five million Saudi Riyals).

The Sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches as follows:

• The first tranche has a size of SAR 3.575 Bn (Three billion and five hundred seventy-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2030).
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 6.8 Bn (Six billion and eight hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2034).
