Closure of the April 2021 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces that it has closed the April 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 11.713 billion (eleven billion and seven hundred thirteen million SAR).

The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:

•     The first tranche has a size of SAR 3.889 billion (three billion and eight hundred ninety eight million SAR), matures in 2028.

•     The second tranche has a size of SAR 7.824 billion (Seven billion and eight hundred twenty four million SAR), matures in 2031.
