The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of September 2025 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 8.036Bn (Eight billion and thirty-six million Saudi Riyals)
The Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.240 Bn (One billion two hundred forty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2027).
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.053 Bn (one billion fifty-three million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029)
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 795 Mn (Seven hundred ninety-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2032)
- The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 1.271 Bn (One billion two hundred seventy-one million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
- The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 3.677 Bn (Three billion six hundred seventy-seven million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
