Closure of the July 2021 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

 

​The National Debt Management Center announces that it has closed the July 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 10.412 Billion (ten billion and four hundred and twelve million Saudi Riyals).The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.183 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 1.837 billion, matures in 2030. 

 

 

The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:

•     The first tranche has a size of SAR 6.462 Billion (six billion and four hundred and sixty two million Saudi Riyals), matures in (2031).

•     The second tranche has a size of SAR 3.950 Billion (three billion and nine hundred and fifty million Saudi Riyals), matures in (2035).

 

The third tranche has a size of SAR 663 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 10.134 billion, matures in 2034.
