The National Debt Management Center announces that it has closed the September 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 1,245 billion (one billion and two hundred and forty-five million SAR).
The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 130 million (one hundred and thirty million SAR) and a total tranche size of SAR 9,100 billion (nine billion and one hundred million SAR), matures in 2024.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 1,115 billion (one billion and one hundred and fifteen million SAR), and a total tranche size of SAR 7,615 billion (seven billion and six hundred and fifteen million SAR), matures in 2032.
