The Ministry of Finance announces that it has completed the issuance of the (01-2019) and tap issuance of the (09-2017) under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Programme. The (01-2019) issuance size was set at SAR 5.370 Billion and the (09-2017) tap-issuance was set at SAR 1.725 Billion.The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the June 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 2,744 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into three tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 1,100 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 3,248 billion, matures in 2028.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 345 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 9,827 billion, matures in 2031.
Total proceeds of the offer amounted to SAR 7.095 Billion. - The Third tranche has a size of SAR 1,299 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 5,665 billion, matures in 2034.
