The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the June 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 8.495 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into three tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 2,494 billion and a total tranche size of SAR 5,017 billion, matures in 2027.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 3,670 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR13,966 billion, matures in 2030.
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 2،331 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 10,569 billion, matures in 2035.
