The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of December 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 415 million (four hundred fifteen million Saudi Riyals).
The Sukuk issuances were divided into two ranches as follows:
• The first tranche has a size of SAR 200 Million (two hundred million Saudi Riyals) and matures in (2029).
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 215 Million (two hundred and fifteen million Saudi Riyals) and matures in (2031).
