The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of February 2024 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 7.874 Bn (Seven billion and eight hundred and forty-seven million Saudi Riyals)
The Sukuk issuance was divided into three tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.180 Bn (One billion and one hundred and eighty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029).
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 2.720 Bn (two billion and seven hundred and twenty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2034).
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 3.973 Bn (three billion and nine hundred and seventy-three million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039).
