NDMC closes the October 2025 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of October 2025 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 7.547Bn (Seven billion and five hundred and forty-seven million Saudi Riyals)

The Sukuk issuance was divided into four tranches as follows:

• The first tranche has a size of SAR 538 Mn (Five hundred and thirty-eight million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029).
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 493 Mn (Four hundred ninety-three million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2032)
• The third tranche has a size of SAR 2.451 Bn (Two billion and four hundred and fifty-one million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
• The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 4.065 Bn (Four billion and sixty-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
