NDMC closes the September 2026 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of September 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 1.640Bn (One billion six hundred and forty million Saudi Riyals)

The Sukuk issuance was divided into six tranches as follows:

• The first tranche has a size of SAR 205 Mn (Two hundred and five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029)
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 650 Mn (Six hundred and fifty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2031)
• The third tranche has a size of SAR 50 Mn (Fifty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2033)
• The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 25 Mn (Twenty-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
• The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 5 Mn (Five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
• The sixth tranche has a size of SAR 705 Mn (Seven hundred and five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2041)
