With a value exceeding SAR 63 billion, the National Debt Management Center completed arranging the fifth early purchase transaction in the local market for the Kingdom.

The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the October 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 7.265 billion.

The Sukuk issuances were divided into four tranches as follows:

- The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.130 billion for sukuk matures in 2025.

- The second tranche has a size of SAR 654 million for sukuk matures in 2030.

- The Third tranche has a size of SAR 362 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 9.471 billion, matures in 2034.

- The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 5.119 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 20.615 billion, matures in 2049.
