The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the April 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 11,619 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into four tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 0.768 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 2.768 billion, matures in 2024.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 0.918 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 2,043 billion, matures in 2028.
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 0.686 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 4.366 billion, matures in 2034.
- The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 9.247 billion and matures in 2049.
