Closure of the April 2020 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

​The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the April 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 5.550 billion.

The first tranche has a size of SAR 3.656 Bn (Three billion and six hundred and fifty-six million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029).The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:

  • The second tranche has a size of SAR 2.822 Bn (two billion and eight hundred and twenty-two million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2034).

    - The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.300 billion and a total tranche size of SAR 2.523 billion, matures in 2027.

    - The second tranche has a size of SAR 4.250 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 8.238 billion, matures in 2035.

        
  • The third tranche has a size of SAR 2.347 Bn (two billion and three hundred and forty-seven million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039).
